These terms govern your use of snsstores.com and, where applicable, the supply of goods by SNS Stores. By using this website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

About this website

This website describes our business and provides contact details. It is informational. Product availability, specifications and rates shown or discussed are subject to change and are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation issued by us.

Quotations and orders

• A quotation is an invitation to order and is valid for the period stated on it.
• An order is binding only once we confirm it in writing.
• We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where pricing is shown in error, or where account terms are not met.
• Quantities are supplied in the pack and case sizes stated on the confirmation.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are as stated on the confirmed order and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing rate and shown on the invoice. Payment is due on the terms agreed for your account. We may suspend supply where an account is overdue.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address on the confirmed order, on our scheduled route days for that area. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed times. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.

Shortages, damages and returns

• Shortages or visible damage must be recorded at the time of delivery and reported to us within 24 hours.
• Goods returned must be unused, in original packaging and within any shelf-life limits.
• Approved claims are settled by credit note or replacement in the following billing cycle.
• We do not accept returns of goods ordered correctly and supplied as confirmed, except at our discretion.

Warranties

Goods are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies. We give no further warranty beyond that and beyond the conditions implied by applicable law, which are not excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and marks on this website belong to SNS Stores and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
